  Hi i bought and received my key, but my problem is the link to the download doesn’t work tried in both Firefox and IE8 both say file not found, I have tried both double clicking the link and copy and pasting same result.
  can you please check the link and renew if wrong.

  and yeah if i change to the new serial key, will the older subscription be added into my same trend micro account, and the protection days accumulated as well?

  1) We only have one year card for trend Micro Titanium Maxmium Security. And there is no promotion.

  2) if change to the new serial, the old subscription will be erased. You wont have the protection days accumulated.
